dairy-free meal plans june 1 - 6

My meal plan for this week. I only plan dinners; we usually just eat whatever for lunch and breakfast. Lots of PB&J made with homemade bread, egg tacos, yogurt, leftovers, rice & beans, oatmeal, fruit & nuts, and salads.

Avocado Tacos with Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Salmon Scramble (minus the dairy)

Vegetable Biscuit Pie

Vegan Fettucini Alfredo
