I've been thinking a lot about taking care of myself lately. Getting dressed in the morning, instead of staying in my PJs until the afternoon. Doing my hair -- I'm talking totally busting out the straightener. And occasionally, doing my makeup even if I'm not even leaving the house. Wearing accessories. Painting my nails. All those estrogen-lead things. When you become a mother, all your focus goes to your child, and often we forget that sometimes we have certain needs that make us unique and beautiful as women.
